Mr Kelvin Lee is responsible for the strategy and management of the group and represents the firm for various joint ventures in China and Malaysia. His accounting experience and background in corporate development covers mining, public accounting, environmental engineering, software development & distribution, China advisory, internet ventures and manufacturing.<\/div>

Kelvin was previously appointed as an Independent Director of a Singapore main board listed company involving in audit, nominating and remuneration committees. He is currently a Director and SMC member of Nanyang Junior College and Chung Cheng High School. He was actively involved as the honorary auditor\/treasurer for Shanghai Singapore Business Association (now known as Singapore Chamber of Commerce in China, Shanghai Chapter) between 2003 and 2016.<\/div>
